I believe in creating spaces that feel supportive, not intimidating. Because when women in Sales Ops feel equipped, seen, and valued the whole team wins.

I BELIEVE IN:

When I first landed my role in Sales Operations, I had to learn everything from scratch. There wasn’t a training that said, “Here’s how to do this.” There was no roadmap for how to succeed in this kind of role. It was all trial and error, a lot of figuring things out, and a lot of hoping I was doing it right.

And I’m sure you can completely relate. Because for most of us in Sales Ops, that’s how it’s been. We’ve all been there, figuring things out on our own, learning as we go, and building everything from the ground up.

But when’s the last time you took time to learn something just for you? Not because you had to. Not because another team needed you to learn a new tool. Not because you had to build a new process or fix something that wasn’t working.

When’s the last time you learned something just for your career, for your goals, your growth, and your future? Because if you’re anything like me, most of what you’ve learned has been for everyone else.

We learn to support other teams, to make sure they’re successful, to fill the gaps, to solve the problems, to keep everything running. And while that’s part of what makes us great at what we do, it also means we rarely stop to focus on ourselves.

Our own careers and our own futures deserve better than that. And that’s why I wanted to create something different.

I wanted a space that was just for us, for the women in Sales Ops who do it all, who manage the complexity, who make everything around them work, but who also deserve to be supported, developed, and poured into.

Because we haven’t had that before.
Everything out there has been built for other roles. Pieces of it might apply, but nothing was truly made for us, for the women behind the systems, the strategy, and the success.

That’s why I created Sales Ops Society™, a space where we can finally focus on ourselves, our growth, and our careers.

A space that understands what we do and how we learn. A space where we can come together, build new skills, connect with each other, and continue growing in a way that feels fun, supportive, and real.

Because we’ve spent so much of our time making sure everyone else is supported and successful.
