When I found Sales Ops, I didn’t have a roadmap. I had to figure it out piece by piece—Googling terms, watching videos that didn’t make sense, sitting in group trainings that assumed I already knew things I didn’t. I was intimidated. Quiet. Worried I’d fall behind or ask the wrong question. And I didn’t have anyone who could guide me in a way that felt safe, clear, and tailored to me.

I built this community to be the support I wish existed back then—a private, supportive space where you can learn at your pace, ask anything, and build a real Sales Ops career with confidence.

There was no clear roadmap, just trial and error, second-guessing myself, and a whole lot of “I hope I’m doing this right.”
