For years, Excel was my secret stress...
Even well into my career, I’d feel a wave of panic every time a spreadsheet landed in my inbox. VLOOKUPs made me want to vomit. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for help, not from my boss, not from my colleagues. I honestly worried that admitting I struggled would put my job at risk.
I know what it’s like to spend hours in training after training and still feel like nothing sticks. To sit there wondering if maybe you’re just not smart enough. But let me tell you, it’s not you. It’s simply the way you’ve been taught.
Now, with over 15 years in Sales Operations, I’ve learned how much easier Excel can feel when it’s taught the right way and how many more doors open in your career when you finally stop letting it hold you back.
