But another part of me was curious. There was something exciting about this new tool everyone was talking about, even though I didn’t fully understand what AI was capable of yet.
At first, I only used AI in little ways, cleaning up an email, summarizing notes, fixing sections of documents. It helped, but I could tell I was barely tapping into what it could really do. I kept thinking, there has to be more here.

Do I have to be in Sales Operations to join?
Absolutely not! If you’re in any operational role where you use or want to start using AI, this program can absolutely help you. A lot of the examples apply to Sales Operations, but if you want to learn AI in a way that’s clear, practical, and easy to follow this will be a great program for you.
What if I feel behind or nervous to ask questions?
This small group was created for women who want to learn without the corporate pressure. We keep things relaxed, judgment-free, and focused on progress not perfection. You’ll be surrounded by women who get it and a coach who meets you exactly where you are.
How much time should I plan for each week?
Each live session is one hour long, once a week. We also have an optional 30-minute Study Hall each week if you’d like extra support or a chance to practice what we covered. Everything is designed to fit into a busy schedule.
What if AI intimidates me?
If AI feels overwhelming, confusing, or “too technical,” you are exactly who this program was built for. We take it step-by-step. You’ll learn how to understand AI in simple terms, what to ask it, and how to trust the output you’re getting. Every session includes live examples so you can see how it works before you try anything on your own. By Week 1 you’ll feel more grounded; by Week 4 you’ll be wondering why you waited so long to start.
Do I need any AI experience before joining?
Not at all. We start at the true beginning. If you’ve heard about AI but never really used it (or only tried a couple random prompts), you’re in the right place.
What if I can’t attend every live session?
All sessions are recorded, and replays will be sent out within 24 hours of each call. You can watch, follow along, and review at whatever pace works best for you. Live sessions are always encouraged, because that’s when everything really clicks.
