Excel Foundations Lab
When you hear the word VLOOKUP, you instantly panic and rethink your entire career path.
When asked to share your screen, you immediately try to get out of it because you don’t want anyone to see you fumbling through Excel. Incoming bad wifi excuse.
Do you ever say “sure, I know Excel” or maybe you've put "proficient in Excel" on your resume and pray no one asks you to prove it?
You’ve tried random online tutorials and pre-recorded courses but it never sticks, and you’re too embarrassed to ask your coworkers for help again.
Do you carry that low key stress that today’s the day someone figures out you don’t fully know what you’re doing in Excel and you'll be replaced?
Do you find yourself avoiding projects that involve spreadsheets or data because it feels overwhelming and you’re tired of feeling behind?
You finally understand the Excel basics that make your job so much easier, the ones you use every day and for once it finally clicks.
When someone says “VLOOKUP,” you don’t freeze, you know exactly what it means and how to use it. And it turns out when you're taught how to do it the right way, it really isn't that hard!
The things you used to avoid like sorting, filtering, formatting, and basic formulas now feel really simple and easy to do.
You can share your screen in a meeting and walk through your sheet with confidence (no heart-racing, no awkward silence).
You can finally put "Proficient In Excel" on your résumé and actually mean it. No more crossing your fingers in interviews or panicking when you get hired.
You’re ready for that raise, that promotion, or that dream job you’ve been holding back from because you finally have the Excel confidence to match your skills.
Tell me if any of this sounds familiar...

Features, Formulas & Functions Made Simple
When I was starting out, I actually hired someone on Fiverr to help me through an interview assessment because I couldn’t handle the Excel portion on my own.
I dreaded presenting data, knowing I’d probably fumble through the file and feel embarrassed, even though I could interpret the insights better than anyone in the room.
I leaned on analysts to fill in the gaps and constantly worried someone would notice, that I’d be found out, that my boss would think I couldn’t pull my weight.
When I finally went looking for help, everything felt wrong. I found outdated trainings, irrelevant examples and nothing that spoke to what we actually do in Sales Ops.
I wanted someone to explain Excel like a human, in real time, in a space that felt supportive and even a little fun.
So I created the Excel Foundations Lab! The program I needed years ago, built for women who are ready to finally feel confident in Excel.
I'm so glad you're here and can't wait for you to finally put the Excel stress behind you too!

this is perfect for you if
You want to start at the very beginning and are looking for Excel basics training that’s actually relevant to your day-to-day in Sales Operations (or a similar role that uses Excel).
You want to learn by doing it live, asking questions the moment you have them, and by practicing in real time so it finally sticks.
You’re ready to be part of a small, supportive group where everyone’s starting from the same place and cheering each other on.
this is not for you if
If you’re comfortable navigating Excel, using formulas and functions naturally, and building reports without help this program will feel too basic for you.
This program is live, hands-on, and interactive designed for women who want real-time feedback, practice, and connection, not another course sitting in their inbox.
This program is structured and professional, but it’s also real, relaxed, and fun.

You don’t have to be the loudest person in the room but this program works best when you’re willing to join, ask questions, and try things out in real time.
You want to be in a space where it’s okay to ask questions, make mistakes, and say “wait, can we go over that again" until it truly makes sense.

Do I have to be in Sales Operations to join?
Absolutely not! If you’re in any operational role or you use Excel, this program can absolutely help you. A lot of the examples apply to Sales Operations, but if you want to learn Excel in a way that’s clear, practical, and easy to follow. You’ll be able to apply what you learn to whatever role you’re in.
What if I feel behind or nervous to ask questions?
This small group was created for women who want to learn without the corporate pressure. We keep things relaxed, judgment-free, and focused on progress not perfection. You’ll be surrounded by women who get it and a coach who meets you exactly where you are.
How much time should I plan for each week?
Each live session is one hour long, once a week. We also have an optional 30-minute Study Hall each week if you’d like extra support or a chance to practice what we covered. Everything is designed to fit into a busy schedule.
I’m not great at math. Will this make sense?
Yes! Excel isn’t about being a math expert, it’s about learning how to make Excel do the math for you. Once you see how the functions and shortcuts work together, everything becomes a lot simpler than you might expect.
I’ve used Excel for years, but I still don’t really get it. Is this too basic?
Not at all. This program was built for women who want a true fresh start. Whether Excel is brand new to you or something you’ve been using for years but never felt fully confident with. This is a full refresh on the Excel basics you'll actually use.
What if I can’t attend every live session?
All sessions are recorded, and replays will be sent out within 24 hours of each call. You can watch, follow along, and review at whatever pace works best for you. Live sessions are always encouraged, because that’s when everything really clicks.
